I work with organizations and leaders navigating growth, transformation and change — bringing 18 years of leadership experience, including nearly a decade in senior global leadership at a publicly listed technology company.

For nearly two decades, I have led people, organizations and functions through periods of significant growth and change.

As Global Head of IT at a leading consumer technology company, I led an organization of approximately 100 people, with responsibility for the technology, teams and capabilities supporting the business at scale.

My experience spans executive leadership, organization building, transformation, risk and security, M&A, and building strong partnerships between technology and the wider business.

I particularly enjoy helping organizations and leaders become stronger — whether that means stepping into a leadership role, providing an experienced perspective, or helping someone navigate a challenging transition.

I'm an executive leader and advisor with 18 years of leadership experience across business operations, technology, engineering and organizational development.

Before founding Brattström Advisory, I spent 9.5 years at Spotify, most recently serving as Global Head of IT and Global Director of Engineering. Earlier in my career, I held leadership roles in business operations, building a foundation in hands-on management, organizational development and leading through change.

Throughout my career, what I've found most rewarding is helping people and organizations grow. Building strong teams, developing leaders, navigating difficult transitions and creating the conditions for people to do their best work have been central to how I lead.

Today, I bring that experience to organizations and leaders who need an experienced partner, whether they're facing a strategic challenge, navigating change or looking for hands-on interim leadership.
